Boemus Arz

The Game

Boemus Arz is a PC VR escape game in room scale 9m². You are Armel, the new lighthouse keeper, and you have the duty to replace Michel who is retiring. You thought to settle quietly in your new workplace; however, upon your arrival, you receive a call from a stranger asking if you are THE replacement.

A misunderstanding arises between you and the unknown caller. The latter asks you to change the bulb of the lighthouse as soon as possible because it is.. Dangerous? When the light flickers, you discover a mystic secret. Embark on a race against time, you must master your fears and use your ingenuity to prevent an imminent catastrophe that threatens you.

Enigmas

• The Electric Box

The lighthouse office is full of information and a few items that need electricity. The puzzle requires the player to reconnect cables in an electrical panel to turn on the power in the lighthouse.

• Paintings

There are 4 paintings on the walls, aligned with the points of the compass (North/South/East/West). In the office is a safe with a code panel with 4 buttons. On the desk is an inventory of the latest paintings purchased by the former lighthouse keeper. Finally, on the floor of the lighthouse there is a large painted compass rose.

• The Workbench

In the room, the player will find a control panel with 2 wheels that allow them to interact indirectly with the 2 mirrors. By moving the wheels on the circle, you can move the mirrors in the game. By rolling the wheels, you can rotate the mirrors.

In the centre of the room is a workbench with a pedestal for the headlight bulb.
